Returns & exchanges
Due to the nature of art and furniture, we do not, in principle, accept returns or exchanges once payment has been made or a contract has been signed. In particular, we do not take furniture returns because it is custom-ordered and made-to-order. Please understand this in advance.
Defective product
If the delivered artwork/product is different or defective, we will exchange it at our shipping cost only if it is replaceable.
Return shipping fee
Customers are responsible for any returns due to customer's convenience. If it is a defective product, we will bear the cost.
