Shipping Charges and Shipping Company

Yamato Transport and Seino Transport are used for domestic delivery in Japan, and FedEx and DHL are used for international delivery. However, other shipping companies may be used depending on the size and weight of the artwork or product and the delivery address.

 Due to the nature of our products, it is difficult to determine and post the shipping charges online. When you wish to make a purchase, please inquire by email. 

Delivery Schedule

We will inform you of the scheduled delivery date and time in advance. Customers may specify a delivery date and time only for deliveries within Japan. Please note that delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, or the shipping company's delivery conditions.

EXCHANGE & RETURN

Exchange & Return

Due to the nature of art and custom-made furniture, we do not, in principle, accept returns or exchanges once payment has been made or a contract has been signed. We do not accept furniture returns because it is custom-ordered and made-to-order. Please understand this in advance.

Defective Products

If the artwork/item you receive is different or defective, we will replace it at our shipping cost only if a replacement is possible. Please contact us by phone or email within three business days of receipt of your order.
