About the artist

After graduating from Tama Art University with a degree in textile design, she moved to France, lived there for two years, and became a freelance illustrator.

She has created "Sumiga" (sumi-ink drawings) using shades of black to depict people, plants, fashion, etc. She has provided illustrations for domestic and international apparel brands and book illustrations and has worked on various projects, such as restaurant murals.
